3. Attendance at Live Event: Our two-day live offline/online event is an integral part and is essential for a comprehensive learning experience as it offers real-time interaction and practical insights. You are required to attend such an event in its entirety.

This may involve amongst others, verifying completion status and evaluating the reasons provided for the refund request. We reserve the right to ask you queries pertaining to the refund request and you are obligated to revert to our queries forthwith.

Subsequent to the submission of the refund request form, the processing of your refund shall transpire within 7 business days from the date of application or within a reasonable timeframe.
