Job Description:

We seek a detail‐oriented and highly organized female Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to manage complex databases and generate comprehensive reports. This role is crucial for supporting our internal teams with accurate data management and streamlined backend operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managed and maintained databases using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation tools.
  • Generate timely and accurate reports for different departments, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all data through stringent data management practices.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather data and insights, ensuring all data inputs are accurate and timely.
  • Support daily office operations, such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing files.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team efficiency.

  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
